Our speakers
All the seminars will be led by our main specialists in field of Tax and Migration law.
- Olga Cherkasova, Head of Tax Department, is in charge for consulting on Russian and international taxation, currency control legislation. She deals with business modeling based on effective tax planning for large international, medium and small foreign companies operating in Russia and daily assists companies of different business in solving issues related to Russian taxation and cross-border operations.
- Oleg Tabounov, Head of Migration and HR Services Department, is in charge for provision of services in the area of labor and migration legislation. Oleg manages provision of services related to obtaining all necessary permits for foreign companies working in Russia, a large number of which are well known multinational companies. He led numerous due diligence projects on compliance to the Russian labor legislation for many foreign companies. He regularly takes active part in sessions of the American Chamber of Commerce Committees and is a frequent speaker on different conferences related to HR issues.
