Letter of Federal Tax Service N ShT-6-09/849 of August 24, 2006 ?On non-application of letters of the FTS of Russia No. 09-0-10/4223 of October 26, 2004 and No. 09-0-10/4831 of December 7, 2004? By Decision of the RF Supreme Arbitration Court No. 2817/06 of May 29, 2006 letter of the FTS of Russia N 09-0-10/4223 of October 26, 2004, requiring legal entities to submit to the registering authority an application compiled under form No. ?14001 (on incorporation into the Uniform State Register of Legal Entities of amendments into the information on a legal entity, not related to amendments in the corporate documents) and signed by the former chief executive of the legal entity, has been acknowledged to be inconsistent with the existing legislation on state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. In this respect the said letter and complementary letter of the FTS of Russia No. 09-0-10/4831 of December 7, 2004 are not subject to application.
