Fixed by the Company hard copy of self-made choice among the optionally proposed by the legislation rules and methods of the financial and tax accounting for the purpose of the business activity results’ managerial accounting optimization.
Accounting and Tax Policy is a document obligatory provided to the Tax Authorities by the all Companies starting or conducting their business in Russia, as well as by the Foreign Companies acting and registered in Russia with their Branches and the Representative offices (point 3, article 1, General Accounting Rules 1/98).
