A Federal law "On becoming void of provisions of tax legislation in the part of tax control over expenses of individuals" # 104-FZ dated 07.07.2003.

The Law stipulates that provisions of Articles 86.1, 86.2, and 86.3 of the Tax code, which determined the order of tax control over expenses of individuals become void.
