Please be informed that since the end of 2005 ? beginning of 2006 the form of the Work Permit for foreign or stateless citizens (issued by the Federal Migration Service of Russia) has been changed. The document has been supplemented with such requisites as duration of a document (the period during which a foreign employee has the right to carry out labor activities on the territory of the Russian Federation). In the previous form of the document only the issue and expiry dates were specified. Besides, according to the information our Company disposes, in the nearest future it has been planned to change the form of Accreditation card issued by the Federal State Institution ?State Registration Chamber under the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation? to the foreign employees of foreign companies operating in the Russian Federation via accredited representative / branch offices. The document will not be changed significantly, but will be supplied with several new levels of protection. The document will also contain the new name of the issued state agency: Federal State Institution ?State Registration Chamber under the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation?. Nevertheless foreign nationals to whom the above mentioned documents were issued on the base of formerly effective forms should not be worried. According to the information received from the state agencies, such documents will be effective during the whole period for which they were issued and will not be subject to reissue.
