VFBS ? Managing Partner, Timur Beslangurov made a report concerning ?Immigration Treaties and Nationality-based Work Visas? on International Bar Association?s 2006 Annual Conference held on 17-22 September, in Chicago, USA. The Annual Conference gave practitioners from every continent an opportunity to meet and hear first-hand about legal developments in various jurisdictions. Delegates were able to exchange immensely valuable knowledge and expertise through the outstanding work of the specialist Committees, Constituents, Groups, and Fora. In his presentation Timur gave brief description of multilateral and bilateral treaties that Russia has signed with other countries and their impact on the procedures of obtaining of work permits and work visas for foreign employees of these countries that work in Russia.
