The only legal type of visa for foreigners working in RepOffices or Branches of foreign companies is a ?Foreign RepOffice employee? visa (?inosotrudnik? visa).
This visa is obtained only through the authority that accredited the RepOffice or registered the Branch. It means that the inviting party should be the accreditation authority, not some Russian commercial organization.
