08.08.2005 - Federal Law on ?Changes to Chapter 21 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and abolishment of several laws on taxes and levies? dated 22.07.2005 N 119-FZ, effective in most part from 1 January 2006 and in some parts from 1 January 2007 has introduced material changes to VAT ruling.

20.06.2005 ? State Duma of the Russian Federation adopted in second and third readings the amendments to the Federal Law ?On Governmental registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs? and to the article #49 of Civil Code of the Russian Federation on the 17th of June.
24.05.2005- Governmental Resolution No 299 dated 13 May 2005 introduced new norms for
expenses related to payment of foreign business trip daily allowance
deductible for Russian Corporate Income Tax purposes.

It is our pleasure to inform you that the Federal Migration Service of the Russian Federation (?FMS?) has terminated the previously established moratorium with regard to provision of Employment permits to foreign legal entities operating in Russia through accredited representative / branch offices (subsidiaries).
